About the project
This 500 m² private villa in Mullet, near Tirana, combines a prefabricated timber-frame building with a ventilated dasso.CTECH® bamboo façade. Vertical cladding brings a warm, natural rhythm to the glazed gables and sheltered courtyard. Designed and built by beNer Prefab, the project features 90 m² of bamboo cladding.
